Your Right to Cancel Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at support@velixia.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at support@velixia.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours
- Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed
Refunds Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@velixia.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
Non-returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Skincare products
- Hair care products
- Personal care items
