How long does delivery take? Standard delivery takes between 7–15 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and current demand.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do? We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us at support@velixia.co.uk with a photo of the item and your order number, and we'll sort it out for you straight away.
